Your company, products and services are defined by your reputation. Your company reputation locally and online can make or break your business. Locally you have to keep your reputation clean because one person locally can equal 20 potential customers lost due to a bad experience. Online you have to worry about local business and potential customers outside your city or state. These customers out of your immediate area use the Internet at a high rate to research companies before buying from them. What they find online is going to swing them one way or the other, possibly causing you to lose business.
